I know this update is way later then you expected, but I have a good reason. My final exams, I thought it was saver to focus on that. I can make my plans when ever I want, but an exams cant wait.
any how, I´ve finished making a poster with the rules I made for myself to make sure I stick with this Diet. I still have a few other things I need to get done before I can start the diet. if I can get everything done in time, I’ll start my diet this monday.
I will do another update as soon as I finished making my food list.
It took me a little longer then I expected, I got a little carried away with making it look nice and inspiring. Hm, thats oke I think. As long as its usable you dont hear me complain hehehe. off to the next one, the rules I set up for myself to make it easier : keeping the weight on throughout my diet. this will be easier to make as well. so it won’t be long before my next update.

I have a plan, I did some research on weight gaining and read that a consistent food pattern that contains a larger amount of smaller meals throughout the day is most effective when it comes to gaining weight.
last week I have only done some research, but i’ll use this and more information to my advantage in order to make a : DIET PLAN!!
And yes, my plan was to make a plan (-_-)…. sounds a bit double, doesnt it? Back to the point. I have a alot of work to do setting up my diet plan, I’ll make a food planner lists of food and more, so wish me luck. I know its gonna turn out great.
After that its just lots of detirmination, dedication and discipline.
